Taking the first steps towards a healthier, fitter body might be one of the biggest decisions that you will make in your life, but trust me when I say that it will be the best. Having trained many clients over the last 11 years I have seen a change not only in their fitness and body shape, but see them have a whole new outlook on life. As a trainer this is the most rewarding part of my job.

I have always been involved in fitness, even from a young age so it seemed right that I would make it my career. I am very passionate about what I do and whether it is in a studio class or in a personal training session my goals and beliefs stay the same – fitness should be fun and enjoyable. I will give you 100% support and encouragement as your trainer and if you put in the same then your fitness goals will be reached in no time.

I like to vary every training session with my clients, so for example on day 1 we may train by using free weights and cardio machines, day 2 may be class based and this can be anything from boxing to pilates. This allows you to try out different exercises you may not have tried before and keeps the overall training interesting.

As trainer and client we would discuss your lifestyle and exercise history, agree together on how to achieve your goals and design a programme that will be flexible, progressive and enjoyable but most importantly, deliver results!

I also include advice on healthy eating, lifestyle changes and stress management as part of your package.
